Defective or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the item and the issue
• An unboxing video if available — we strongly recommend recording one when opening your package
Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement at no additional cost if the issue is verified.

Utilizing materials and incorporating influences from the world over, Foe & Dear offers collections of jewelry that honour humanity’s roots—from the sparkliest, most sublime peaks, to the darkest, roughest depths. This contrast illuminates a tension that envelops us: one of romance and mystery.
Designer Katherine Schlattman founded Foe & Dear in a tiny apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, during the thick of summer in 2009. Now, designed and handcrafted amid Vancouver, BC’s shimmering skyline and sea, Foe & Dear is a fixture in the fashion industry and is proudly stocked all over the world by first class vendors. Katherine believes that jewelry should delight and endure, and each piece of Foe & Dear jewelry is intended to do just that for decades to come.
