Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, we'll get it ready for dispatch. You'll receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with your tracking details as soon as it's on its way.

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499 across India
• Shipping charges for orders below ₹1,499 are calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and email so you can follow its journey to you.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If you have any concerns about your delivery, please reach out to us at demifined.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, local restrictions, or courier-related issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.

Damaged in Transit

If your package appears damaged on arrival, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.

If damage is discovered after opening, record a video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
